Kyiv Governor: At Least 27 Killed in Russian Air Attack

Kyiv Regional Governor Timur Tkachenko said at least 27 people were killed and 42 others injured in a Russian air attack on the Kyiv region overnight.

Tkachenko said more than 380 people were also being evacuated from Bucha, an area hit during the attack, as emergency teams continued to respond to the aftermath
