Israeli Strikes in Gaza Kill Four, Including Three Children

Health officials in the Gaza Strip said at least four people, including three children, were killed in Israeli airstrikes and gunfire targeting several areas of the Palestinian territory on Tuesday.

Witnesses reported that Israeli warplanes launched at least 12 strikes near the al-Katiba area west of Gaza City, where large numbers of displaced families have been sheltering.

Medics said the bombardment killed two children and a woman and wounded several others. Two vehicles were also directly targeted and reduced to wreckage.
