US Dollar Rises Further Against Iraqi Dinar in Baghdad and Erbil

The US dollar strengthened further against the Iraqi dinar on Tuesday evening in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, compared with exchange rates recorded earlier in the morning.

In Baghdad, the dollar exchange rate at the Kifah and Harithiya exchanges climbed to IQD 163,000 per $100, up from around IQD 159,800 in the morning.

At local exchange shops, the selling rate reached IQD 163,500 per $100, while the buying rate stood at IQD 162,500.

In Erbil, the dollar selling rate rose to IQD 162,850 per $100, while the buying rate reached IQD 162,750.
