Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee Reviews Internal Security Forces’ Pension Law Amendments

The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee held a joint meeting on Monday with officials from the Ministry of Interior, the head of the National Pension Authority, the ministry’s director of civilian personnel, and the authority’s director of military pensions to discuss the proposed second amendment to the Internal Security Forces Service and Pension Law No. 18 of 2011.

The committee also reviewed the proposed Information Technology Crimes Prevention Law, examining the comments and amendments submitted regarding its provisions in preparation for completing the legislative requirements and referring the bill to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives for inclusion on the parliamentary agenda for its second reading
