North Gas Company launches annual maintenance of Production Line 1000
North Gas Company has begun its scheduled annual maintenance program for Production Line 1000, with the work set to continue for 45 days as part of an integrated technical plan aimed at refurbishing equipment, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the readiness of production units.
A company source said the maintenance program includes technical inspections of production equipment and systems, addressing identified technical issues, and verifying the efficiency of operational systems. The measures are expected to strengthen reliability and reduce the risk of unplanned shutdowns.
The source noted that the work forms part of the company’s efforts to reinforce safety and reliability standards, ensure the continuity of production operations, and prepare the units to operate at high efficiency. The program also aligns with the Ministry of Oil’s efforts to develop Iraq’s gas sector and maximize the use of national resources.
The source stressed that regular maintenance is a key component of the company’s operational and technical plans, helping maintain facility readiness and improve production efficiency through continuous equipment monitoring and the implementation of approved technical and safety practices.
