Netanyahu Makes Unannounced UAE Visit to Discuss “Iranian Threat”

Israeli media reported Sunday evening that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made an undisclosed visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to discuss developments related to what was described as the “Iranian threat.”

Channel 12 reported, citing two sources, that Netanyahu traveled by private jet to Abu Dhabi in the morning and returned later that evening.

The channel said Netanyahu and members of his delegation traveled aboard several aircraft, while most of the talks were held privately and away from the media.

The visit marks Netanyahu’s second trip to the UAE this year. His previous visit was publicly announced by his office during the Israeli military operation against Iran known as “Rising Lion.”
