Iraq Transports 2 Million Barrels of Crude Through Strait of Hormuz

Iraq’s state-owned Oil Tanker Company has successfully transported two million barrels of Iraqi crude through the Strait of Hormuz aboard a very large crude carrier. The operation marks the company’s first such shipment in decades and comes as Baghdad works to maintain the flow of oil exports amid heightened regional tensions.
