Dollar Exchange Rates Rise in Baghdad and Erbil as Monday Trading Ends

The US dollar exchange rate rose against the Iraqi dinar in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil at the close of trading on Monday, marking an increase compared with the morning rates.

In Baghdad’s Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges, the dollar climbed to 156,750 Iraqi dinars per $100, up from 156,000 dinars in the morning.

Exchange offices and local markets in Baghdad also recorded higher selling rates, with the dollar reaching 157,250 dinars per $100, while the buying rate stood at 156,250 dinars.

In Erbil, the dollar likewise gained ground, with the selling rate reaching 157,000 dinars per $100, while the buying rate stood at 156,950 dinars.
