Al-Rafidain Bank Begins Processing Loan Applications for Bismayah Housing Beneficiaries

An informed source said on Saturday that Al-Rafidain Bank has begun receiving and processing applications from contractors entitled to housing units in Bismayah City, following a recent agreement with the National Investment Authority to resolve the issue of loans allocated to project beneficiaries.

The source said the bank’s branches have started processing eligible applicants’ files as a preliminary step toward completing the procedures required to grant loans for the purchase of housing units in Bismayah.

Efforts are also underway to finalize procedures related to loans and property deeds for those registered in the project, with the aim of accelerating transactions and enabling beneficiaries to complete the legal and banking requirements for their housing units.

The source added that the move comes as part of coordination between the National Investment Authority and Al-Rafidain Bank to address the loan issue affecting Bismayah apartment beneficiaries and complete their applications in accordance with approved procedures.
